Repeat offender - overgrown hedges
Reported via iOS in the Hedges category anonymously at 16:11, Sunday 18 January 2026
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Repeatedly reported, repeatedly unaddressed !! Pavement is severely restricted and encroached on both sides and pavement width in parts is reduced to less that 1/3 of actual - give the volumes of primary school children that walk this way (inc pushchairs) this is not adequately maintained and in terrible condition - single file walking only though the gap makes this a real hazard that’s causing children and adults alike to walk in the roads on a dangerous corner with residential and business traffic.

Thanks for cutting back the hedge which was done by contractors this week. However they have missed a large shrub (about 6' high) at the junction of Volunteer Way with Rawdon Way. This means that it's not possible to see vehicles emerging from Rawdon Way while driving down Volunteer Way. The lack of vehicle visibility is an accident waiting to happen.
