The drain on the corner of Broadmarsh and Woodgate close has been blocked for years now. I have reported it before and nothing has been done. In the recent cold spell the standing water has frozen multiple times. There are three other drains within or near the junction which do not flood ever. There is no visible blockage in the drain so it must be further down. After rain the road will flood and often takes days to clear.
