I have report here before the most recent rework. I suggest the current design needs to be revised. The weather alert 15 Jan 26 was medium risk low impact but flooding was still an issue. The redesign should consider higher impact scenarios. The dangerous situation was that flooding was only notified at the end of the slip road so there was no way to turn back safely.
