Massive Flood Causing Cars to Swerve into Oncoming Traffic

Massive flood (every time it rains for many years !) for traffic turning into Besselsleigh Rd from A420, causing cars to swerve across the carriageway into oncoming traffic that are coming along Besselsleigh Rd joining the A420, which in itself is an already tricky manoeuvre !
