Sunken Road making Bus shelter unusable

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Hi, I have reported this a number of times. FixMyStreet ref: 8164713. Council ref: ENQ251059131 FixMyStreet ref: 7431732. Council ref: ENQ251045036
Once it was inspected and deemed fine and not in need of remedy. A second time, it was inspected and deemed it needed some work.
Workers did come and amazingly, parked over the worst of the issue and fixed a part that was not related to the enquiry I made, and was assuming would be repaired.
In a city that is trying to get people to use busses and bikes for travel, it is absolute madness that for months now, whenever it rains, you cannot use the bus shelter to stay dry, but can only use it when its not raining. Even if an inspection deems the surface of the road ok (which I doubt), it would still leave the issue of standing water.
I live opposite and see so many people get splashed die to the water gathering along the space on the road immediately in from of the bus shelter. I see people going to work, school or out into town getting splashed and it is not really on.
Please can this be repaired, properly, and in a timely manner give the time already passed in trying to have this resolved.... and the next few months are traditionally quite wet.
Thank you
