There is a significant overgrown bush/shrub coming from a wall on Broadfields which is overgrowing onto the wall and now growing rapidly onto Costar Close. See view from both sides. This has been like this for years with no management or maintenance. This may be causing damage to this very large retaining wall, and attaching pests which is an ongoing issue.
