Flooding the road due to blocked drains

Everytime we have a decent amount of rain the road floods due to blocked drains and a lot of mud in n the floor surrounding the 2 drains. I have reported this issue before and had a response saying investigation complete. This needs to be investigated more seriously. Someone needs to act on this.
