Water overflowing into our garden and to our front door because main soak away further down Elvendon Road is blocked. Two guys were in the area earlier in the week with the job listed on to do list but they did not address the problem when my husband spoke to them. One chap was quite dismissive & unhelpful. The driver was more obliging. They left claiming they shouldn’t be here despite the job being on their list.
