Severe flood spray over pavements

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Very severe flood spray over pavement from approx Saunders Rd to Marsh Rd. Higher than a child over whole width of pavement from bus on which I was passenger. Will be extremely dangerous at school home time; could easily knock over a young child.
