Planter completely collapsed, just a pile of earth now with a few planks and traffic cones. Please remove, unsightly and dangerous. No need for replacement…….served no useful purpose.

Why has the pile of compost and planks of wood been left in the street? The only reason it has not caused an accident is that a resident put out a traffic cone. It needs to be cleared up or taped off with something reflective.
