Failed road surface

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

When travelling south, road surface failed. I have to go on opposite side of the road and potentially meet oncoming traffic to avoid this failed surface, as well has reducing speed by 75% (to approx 5MPH) to traverse this part of the road. This northbound side of the road is also not brilliant.
