Deep pothole on bend in road

The pothole is so deep it has gone down beyond any carriageway sub-surface. It is on a bend and cars are swerving into oncoming traffic risking serious accidents. It has been there for weeks. It is a danger to cars and a serious danger to anyone on two wheels, especially in rain when the depth is not visible. It is really not acceptable for such a crater to be left so long.

  • We live at Claydon Hill Farm, this is a very dangerous pothole, seeing most people driving on wrong side of road around blind bend to avoid. THIS IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. Needs fixing URGENTLY

  • Very dangerous now. Two cars in front of me this morning, both had to stop as the cone was placed in the middle of the pot hole. With a car coming the other way car in front had to let one car through went to pull around the pothole only to have another car coming the other way: Quite frightening travelling along that road at night now. There are other potholes to dodge on the left hand side now too.
