Blocked gully at front of 17 The Garth

This gully has been severely blocked for 6 months and the water back flooded our driveway. Because our driveway is at a lower level than the gully, and the storm drain along the drive interconnect with the gully, therefore the back flood has made the drive unsafe to walk through. Please come and unblock the gully, thank you very much for your kind help.
