Pavement bollard knocked over.

Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 12:18, Tuesday 13 January 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The entrance to Lime Walk, Witney is restricted. The road is narrowed and there are 3 safety bollards on either side. One of the bollards has been driven into (I think). It is now at an angle and the paving stones all around are lifted out of the pavement. I’m not sure how long it has been like this. It is a danger to pedestrians and to the local primary school that uses this junction with its extra wide pavement, for part of their Cycling Proficiency training.
