Fence broken at 15 Herschel Crescent OCC Flats

This fence has now fallen down completely and onto the public footpath causing obstruction and a trip hazard to pedestrians. Therefore a safety issue. The fence as seen in photo was reported previously on this Oxford Council Property and no repair or action was taken, now it is completely fallen down onto the footpath and is an accident waiting to happen.
