Blocked gully in front of drive on Hazelmoor lane

Reported via mobile in the Blocked Drain / Gully category anonymously at 22:11, Sunday 11 January 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The gully in the road in front of Bramble Cottage is completely blocked with mud. This is causing flooding whenever it rains which is damaging the drive and lawn. It is also making access to the property very difficult. It is also a hazard to drivers and pedestrians. Please arrange to have the gully cleared with a gully wagon. Thankyou.

  • My daughter was absolutely soaked on her walk to the college bus once again, today however she will have to sit and exam in soaking wet clothes rather than spend the day in class in wet clothes. Cars do not even attempt to avoid the huge puddles along horsepond road and they certainlyare not sticking to the 20mph speed limit, its been bad for as long as I can remember (years) its about time the bigger issues are addressed rather than periodically emptying the drains as if that solves the issue. I would love to see a council worker walk this stretch between 7am and 8am..... see how quickly they realise its just not acceptable
