Car charger cable obstruction
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Subject to the 1980 highways act it is not permitted to obstruct the highway. In this instance the car charger cable is blocking/ obstructing pedestrian right of way over the public owned grass verge located in front of 5 hodgson close( this is clearly marked with highway boundary marker in front of the property). Note the property has private off road parking to the rear.
