Manhole Inspection cover sinking

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Inspection chamber is sinking into road so a large lip is now formed with potential for complete collapse. As this is a large 2 piece inspection chamber the potential for serious damage to vehicles is significant if not investigated and repaired
