  • Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Oxfordshire County Council is not responsible for this problem as this is a burst pipe and is therefore down to Thames Water to repair the pipe and the subsequent road defect. There are open reports already on the public site but please feel free to log your own if you wish. This report is now closed.
