Pothole around drain-swerving cars on blind bend

There is a pothole around the drain on farmers close where the road bends sharp left or the junction to turn right toward Bakers Piece. Drivers are avoiding hitting this, especially with the sharp edged manhole cover, and doing so means they are on the wrong side the road, on a blind bend. I’ve seen 2 emergency stops this week where someone nearly hit another car coming down the hill, and another car pulling out the junction couldn’t because the car coming up was on the wrong side. Also not helped by the holes at the bottoms of the Hailey Road which they’re also avoiding.

  • Another definitely cover has developed a pothole around it in the middle of the Hailey Rd. Only a metre from the junction with farmer's close pothole. This also has exposed metalwork, causing further chances of damaged tyres or worse.
