Crossing tiles loose

Several of the tactile rossing tiles on the crossing between Cool Britainica/Blackwell's (on the Cool Britainica side) are loose. One tile is particularly bad, pivoting when stepped on so that it shifts several inches up/down depending on where you put you weight (as pictured). I don't recall this issue previously, it may have been worsened by recent cold weather, rain, and snow thaw/freeze cycles.
