This is in for root cutting, as the main carrier is thick with roots. Awaiting a date for the work to commence.

Please escalate the urgency of the corrective works here. There has been a problem with water escaping up into the road for a long time now - it was already bad at Christmas.
This is causing a major problem further down Long Tow with the only footway on the north side of the road completely flooded and several inches deep. The road is also flooded across its entire width. There are now potholes in the road, hidden by the water.
The only way pedestrians can walk this way is to risk going into the road, where the water is less deep along the centreline.
There are no street lamps in this area and I fear a pedestrian will be seriously hurt or worse if this is not addressed soon.
