Vehicles parked close to junction Sinodun vpView and Thame Road

As demonstrated in photos, vehicles often park in Sinodun View extremely close to the junction with Thame Road. I believe this is dangerous to drivers approaching northwards on Thames and making a left turn into Sinodun and also for drivers leaving Sinodun and approaching the junction.There is no clear line of sight with vehicles parked right up to the corner and almost daily see close calls. Also parking in this way is definitely not within 20 metres of a junction. I am not looking to restrict parking unnecessarily, but could yellow lines be painted on the junction to restrict parking at that point and thereby reduce the risk of collision?

There was a very near miss yesterday with a vehicle approaching from Thame street northbound who turned slowly and carefully left into Sinodun View (cars parked to the end of the road on left side) to be met almost head on by a car exiting the same road. It is impossible to see both ways what may be approaching due to the contour and bend in the road. Surely some yellow lines at the top 20 metres of the road would stop the parking, alleviate the risk and be compliant with the law of the road? PLEASE can this be looked at? If you visited and cars were parked to the top of the road at the time, please don’t think that is usually the case. At least 70% of the time this issue is valid. It is dangerous, I have discussed with Parish Council and followed their advice and contacted you. Thank you.
