Deep potholes

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Road surface is covered with potholes and at least 3 of them are deep and deteriorating rapidly. In urgent need of repair before someone has a serious accident or injury.

I note this has been reported twice already, once over a month ago and no action has been taken.
