Where the nature of the road changes there are concrete sections across the road one of which is loose and jumps up and down as traffic including pedestrians pass over it.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It has happened on another section of the same road and was sorted by the addition of cement to secure the section.

Small problem that will get worse with time. It has been like it for a week or so.
