Tree obscuring school safety sign, which is in wrong location - cited opposite Procter Way, it’s far too late on east bound carriage way to be effective for children coming/going Sandes Hill and Procter Way… to be effective, needs to be at least at/beyond Protyre Premisses - Nb it’s westbound counter part is much earlier and correctly cited opposite PalmerRd.
