Very deep pothole

A very deep pothole has appeared in Charter Way where the pin is on the map. It is deep enough to have a motorcyclist or cyclist off their bike. It needs to be fixed ASAP.

    These holes have been "repaired" multiple times over the last few years, and within days / weeks they are breaking apart. They now present a life-threatening obstacle to cyclists trying to ride through Borough Avenue.
