Overgrown hedges plus irresponsible car parking

Westfield Crescent / Mill Road, Lower Shiplake. Most of the time residents have to walk in the road, including the disabled, the elderly, parents with buggies etc. Also, the overgrown hedge cut at a 45 degree angle rips clothing. These hedges were reported previously in 2019 but nothing has been done.
