    I've been chasing this since 2024. The manhole cover is loose and very wobbly and makes an increasingly loud noise whenever a vehicle goes over it, back in 2024. You said it was a Thames Water cover and you served a Section 81 Notice on Thames Water who own the asset asking for an urgent repair. They of course did nothing, when I chased them again directly, they also did nothing. All I got was a "Closed" notice back from them with no explaination of why, and repeated enquiries have had no response at all. Someone please take responsibility for this as it is a Noise nuisance, with it being well over the 24bBA over background noise
