Heavy Vehices Transiting Barrow Road, Shippin

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Barrow Road is in constant disrepair. The volume of traffic is significant, whilst the disrepair is mainly off to the sides and entrance/exit to Barrow Road, coaches & HGV do not help certainly on such a narrow road. Military vehicles are not permitted to transit this road, how is it other heavy vehicles can?
