Failing to act in a reasonable time
In addition to the top of the road - there is now 15+ potholes with varying depth along the left side of barrow road if you are coming from Farringdon road.
The road is now acting as a single lane because these aren’t being repaired and risk to causing damage to your car is huge. This is causing massive delays to children trying to get to school

State of road deteriorating and will lead to a collision or damage to vehicles which can't avoid the potholes.

Agree with the earlier reports:
Significant number of potholes along whole of Barrow Road through Shippon (some very deep) - mostly on the left hand side as you head towards Abingdon - ending with the whole junction with Faringdon Road looking like the Somme.
PLEASE check the whole length of Barrow Road, especially where is runs through Shippon, and the junction itself as mentioned.
