Road surface completely broken

Please just drive along this section of road to evaluate its state, the surface is completely broken into multiple potholes. I walk, drive or cycle this stretch daily, and now do not feel safe doing it. It has become impossible to drive it without hitting some of them, and it feels and sounds as if damage is being done to the vehicle. Walking is hazardous and there is no footpath. Cycling in daylight is a lottery, avoiding potholes and stony debris from the crumbling road surface. In the dark I run the risk of falling off. Please arrange a proper stretch of resurfacing. Visitors often ask if the road is unadopted, and it must be an embarrassment to S Oxfordshire Highways Dept.
