Thank you for your reply and closing the report Unfortunately your reply that it is operational is very incorrect As you can see from the photo the drain is NOT operational Please explain how you class this as operational As far as I can see the gully is not working so I would suggest further action Look forward to hearing your explanation on how you feel it is operational
