During heavy rain water floods down the road and carries mud and debris up to the wall of my house.

After repeated resurfacing of the road, the road level has risen so that water now spills over the curb up to the wall of my house. I have had to build my own barrier across my gate entrance to prevent water running under the gate and flooding my garden.
