Ban blocking pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

This van is parking right across the pavement and the dropped kerb for crossing Dearlove Close, there is no visability when trying to cross the road, a driver coming out of the close nearly ran me over yesterday as you cannot see any vehicles
