Road subsiding and pot holes all along road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are several instances of un-even and subsiding road along upavon way which cause vehicles to move erratically and will eventually cause a crash. There are also multiple pot holes which are very deep and wide and will easily blow a tyre. This road has been repaired multiple times and lasts about 3 months till the repairs start to come apart.
