The pavement drainage outside my house 71 Botley Road is blocked..

When I sent a picture of the weeds growing out of it you kindly sprayed the weeds with weedkiller , which killed the weeds but did not solve the problem. I would happily clear out the drain but I cannot lift the grill over the gully. It has bolts would could probably be uundone but is beyond me. This gully is under the pavemnet not on teh sdie of the road. The drain in the road is working well and was cleaned recently by teh council. Thank you.
