Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a really strong smell coming from the drains/road of the bus stop. It’s been particularly bad for the last two weeks. And doesn’t seem to be going away. It’s not pleasant for the shop keepers nor members of the public waiting at the bus stop.
