Crossings stuck on red

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Crossing request buttons in all directions around this traffic island are all lit as if just pressed but permanently, and the pedestrian/cycle signal stays red - no green even at the point crossing from Milton Interchange towards the island would usually sync with traffic from A4130 through Milton Interchange. This is a repeat issue.
