Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Flags remain in unauthorised public places. I am sorry that further council time is being wasted by people marking this as fixed when it isn’t. On top of the huge amount of resource required to remove them it’s a devastating waste of our local taxes
