Ting tang lane massive potholes

My mum is a resident on ting tang lane and the lane has become so bad with pot holes that people are refusing to drive to her she’s very poorly with recently having 2 minor strokes and we are afraid if she needs medical help that would she receive it as the ambulance drivers may not drive up the lane to enter her property it’s significantly has gotten to the worst we have ever seen it I know the council has done this lane twice over the last year but it’s in desperate need to be done again iv honestly never seen it so bad and I’m so scared that if she needs an ambulance or some sort of transport to the hospital that no one will drive up it I do know there are a few elderly people on ting tang lane please help us surly I can’t be the only one that has reported this.
