Flooding at this loction
Reported via desktop in the Flooding on Road category anonymously at 09:27, Thu 11 December 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
As of yesterday there was a blocked surface water drainage pipe between the entrance of Sutton Wick Farmhouse, Sutton Wick Lane and the next surface water gully. The suspicion is that this is causing water to back up that is leading to flooding into the driveway of Sutton Wick Farmhouse and also to the house at the back of the pond. There is a note on this system to say that the gully was cleaned out on Tuesday. A tanker did come down the road, however there is not evidence of any work done. Today it is dry, however with further rain forecast it is very urgent that the blocked pipe is repaired.
