Cars driving across un-dropped kerbs

There are a number of cars crossing un-dropped kerbs to park in their drives. While this keeps cars off the street, it has encouraged more people to park their cars along Stockham Way. Often cars park on both sides of the roads, meaning it would be difficult for a fire-engine to get by. It also has created a hazard for primary school children crossing the road.

We are regularly blocked in (across our dropped kerb) by congestion- sometimes taking 10 mins to pull out of our own drive.
