A Blocked Drain / Gully problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council on Eastfield lane in Whitchurchh-on-Thames in front of Pavillion Cottage. The drain is full of silt and causes a large pouddle and flooding. The area is in a river flood one and needs to be urgently cleared.
