Confusing marking on the floor

When turning towards this road, the marking make us believe we are on the cycle lane and move to the middle which is actually to go the other and make it very confusing. It is dangerous and create a lot of dangerous situation. An accident is in waiting to happen. Just white arrows on the floor will avoid confusion and maybe a car drawing also.
