Traffic Sign Not Visible

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Previously reported and marked as fixed. The sign has been rotated but unfortunately is still not visible to oncoming cyclists. Please could it be turned back so that it is visible to the footway users. See this link for correct positioning.
