Potholes and road surface breaking up.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a water filled pothole adjacent to the large manhole cover on this tight bend. Also the road surface approaching the bridge is breaking up leaving large uneven patrches.

These have been reported several times before but no action???
