Edge of speedbumps have eroded causing pot hole

This is very unsafe for cyclists. I have to veer over the speedbumps as the hole is so uneven - I dont' want to risk falling off my bike. The traffic is very busy down the road and it doesn't feel safe going over the speed bump either
