Huge potholes on both sides of road

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 13:35, Sun 7 December 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The road needs to be resurfaced, there is no tarmac left. The mud is wearing down and flint is being exposed in the craters. A small sharp piece of flint pierced our tyre and it was flat within seconds.

Council ref: ENQ251067345

  • I reported this in September 2024 after it burst a tyre on our car and it was never fixed. You can see in the screen shots of that report how much further the road has deteriorated and now again, we have a burst tyre!

  • These potholes in the whole of cold Harbour are causing harm to not only our cars but for visitors too , punches, tracking & suspension especially as the rain fills the holes and you can’t see where they

  • When it rains these potholes are very dangerous as you can't see where the deepest holes are. Another visitor burst a tyre here on Tuesday!
