Loose manhole cover

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Manhole cover outside 5 Jaspers Row, Merton Road, Ambrosden. It has evidently worked loose and when vehicles drive over it, this causes a loud “clack-clack!” noise than can be heard even indoors up to 20 metres away.
